EB5 Regional Business Center

An EB-5 Regional Center is an economic entity in the United States, public or private that is involved with promoting economic growth. USCIS designates regional centers for participation in the Immigrant Investor Program. It is eligible to collect investments from foreign investors in return for permanent residency status. It then applies the collected funds to projects that have been approved by the Immigration Department as qualified and eligible under the EB5 Investor Program.

The investment received is passive which does not involve the active participation of the investor and “at risk”. Amounts vary from $500,000 for TEA projects  (Target Employment Area – Low employment) to $1,000,000 for non-TEA projects.

EB5 projects are complex in nature, and its business plan requires a high level of technicality and expertise meeting stringent USCIS requirement. Our experienced consultants will guide you through the process to apply successfully to this vise classification with a direct path to legal U.S residency status. Contact us now.
